About legal effect
Under the Korean Electronic Signature Act (Art. 3), an e-signature is not denied effect solely because it is electronic. This tool is not a certified service; evidentiary weight in a dispute depends on the circumstances. For important contracts consider a professional e-contract service or notarization. Not legal advice.

How it works
- Requester signs in and uploads a PDF, stored outside the web root.
- Share the link (valid 7 days).
- The signer reads and signs; the signature is placed on the PDF in the browser.
- The server records SHA-256 hashes and UTC time, notifies both, and deletes files after 30 days.
