The first 3 things (10 minutes)

  1. Collect your contract, payslips, bank deposit records and any proof that you worked (schedules, work chats).
  2. Call the Ministry of Employment and Labor counseling center at 1350 for guidance on where to file.
  3. Message your employer with the exact amount and a deadline, and keep their reply.
